Bhajans for Sathya Sai Baba

Indian devotional songs in western music notation

What Bhajans can you find here
This website is dedicated to Bhajans sung in the presence of Sathya Sai Baba in His ashrams in South India and in Sai centres around the world.

What's unique about this website
On this website you can learn the Bhajans by the means of audio & music notation & translation on one page per Bhajan.

How do Indian Bhajans come to Switzerland
Some Swiss Sai devotees and musicians dedicate themselves to singing, playing and teaching these Bhajans. For this purpose they have edited books with the transcription from original Indian audio sources of 3 x 108 Bhajans (324 Bhajans) in western music notation.

Why do we sing Bhajans
In 1968 Sathya Sai Baba said: "Sing aloud the glory of God and charge the atmosphere with divine adoration; the clouds will pour the sanctity through rain on the fields; the crops will feed on it and purify and fortify the food; the food will induce divine urges in man. This is the chain of progress. This is the reason why I insist on group singing of the names of the Lord."

The impact of secret filming and photography can be significant, particularly for individuals and communities who may feel vulnerable or targeted. For example: gizli cekim sokak turbanli resimleri exclusive

The practice of taking secretive street photos of turbaned individuals raises complex questions about privacy, consent, and cultural sensitivity. While street photography can be a powerful tool for documenting life and society, it must be practiced with an awareness of and respect for the rights and dignity of all individuals. Ethical photography practices, including transparency, consent, and a mindful approach to cultural representation, are essential for fostering a respectful and considerate photographic community.

In many jurisdictions, including Turkey (implied by the language of the search term), the creation, possession, and distribution of "gizli çekim" content is a criminal offense.

In the case of photographing turban-wearing individuals, it's crucial to understand the cultural significance of the turban and the importance of respecting one's traditions and customs. A photographer who takes the time to learn about the cultural context and history of the turban will be better equipped to capture images that are not only visually stunning but also respectful and dignified.

: The burqa, a form of veil worn by some women in Afghanistan and parts of Pakistan, has a rich cultural and religious significance. It's primarily worn for modesty.
