The Google Play Store requires specific legacy builds to run smoothly on Android Lollipop. Modern versions of the Play Store require Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher.

Filter or scroll down to find a version released around 2020–2021, which maintains strict compatibility with Android 5.1+ (API 22). Version series through 22.x.x are generally the most stable choices for Lollipop.
