Go to Tools > Access Control > Users . Select the admin account and look for an Unlock or Modify option to clear the lockout status or change the password.
If you are locked out of the operator panel but need to access the library, you can try the Web UI, provided the network configuration has been set up from the operator panel touchscreen.
💡 Always try the front panel Restore Passwords option first, as it is the least invasive way to clear a lockout without wiping your entire configuration.
