KJ Starter (also referred to as KJ Activator) is an unofficial activation tool designed to bypass Microsoft's genuine software validation systems. It claims to activate Microsoft Windows operating systems (including Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Vista, and XP) as well as Office suites (2010, 2013, 2016). According to promoters, the tool enables "offline activation" and works on both 32-bit and 64-bit system architectures.
