The L3250 displays flashing lights and a "Service Required" message on your computer when the internal waste ink pads are saturated. This prevents further printing to avoid ink leaking into the printer's electrical components. How to Use the Adjustment Program

Look for Waste ink pad counter in the list and click OK.

If you find yourself resetting the counter frequently, please remember to physically check the waste ink pad to prevent messy leaks.

Extract the ZIP file using WinRAR or 7-Zip.

After performing a digital reset, you must physically remove the waste ink tank located at the back of the printer. You can either wash and dry the internal felt sponges completely, replace the pads with a cheap replacement kit, or install an external waste ink bottle modification to bypass the internal pads entirely.
